Written Instructions For Ear Plug Use
- To acheive the best fit for your earplugs, simply hold the ear plug in-between forefinger and thumb. Then, compress while rolling earplug to a small, smooth cylinder-like shape. While still rolling the foam ear plug, use your other hand to reach over your head and pull up and back on your outer ear. This technique will straighten the ear canal, so that the ear plug has a direct path into your ear.

- With the ear extended up and out, insert the ear plug and hold in place for twenty to thirty seconds. You will feel the foam ear plug expand and fill your ear canal.

- Now, you can make sure the ear plug fits well. If you are in a noisy environment, put both hands over your ears and then move your hands away from your ears. If the earplugs are inserted properly you will not notice a significant difference in noise. If the noise seems to lessen when your hands are cupped over your ears, you should remove and refit the ear plugs using the instructions provided above.

- PLEASER REMEMBER TO ALWAYS REMOVE EAR PLUGS SLOWLY. It also helps to twist at times to loosen the seal between the ear plug and your ear. Try not to remove your earplugs quickly -- which could negatively impact the functioning of your ear drum.
